The guys at big sky cycling are great. I was traveling from out of town and they dropped everything to work on my bike for a couple hours because I only had a few hours as I was traveling through Helena I would highly recommend using them. They also called ahead to the next area I was traveling to because they were unable to fix one of my issues, but they found a bike shop up near glacier that will help me out.

The crew at Big Sky Cycling are superstars! My wife, son, and I rented mountain bikes to check out the incredible trails around Helena during our visit. Unfamiliar with the area, and differing skill levels from beginner to not-beginner, Jay took us over to their trail map and walked us through our options, patiently answering our questions and giving us alternatives and extra routes to take if we found ourselves wanting for more. Kelby and the team nailed our reservation and even got our bikes ready early for us after our plans changed- and everything fit and worked perfectly! We all had a blast and are looking forward to our next mountain biking adventure. If you're visiting Helena know this: 1) the trails are incredible and there are so many, so you won't be disappointed; and 2) if you're a beginner or have biked 10 or 1,000 trails, this team will set you up for success and fun!

They got my bike in and fixed right away! They’re also great about teaching you anything you want to know when you ask. These guys are awesome!

Absolutely wonderful place, all the staff are funny and super chill. Brent hooked me up and got my bike tire fixed immediately upon arrival since I use the bike for work. He also gave me some tips and advice that I can do myself at home instead of taking it into a repair shop. Definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a bike or a bike repair!
